CEO Coaching
Once
upon a time there was an entrepreneur named R. Hood who was
the founder and CEO of Sherwood Forest Enterprises. He
intended to live a balanced life with his beautiful wife and
muse
M. Hood. Their marriage led to three little
Hood’s – A. Hood, B. Hood and C. Hood.
From time to time, leading
a team of merry men and
women at work and the three little Hood's at home required CEO Coaching.
We
offer objective advice
to CEO’s and professionals
through one-on-one, and
team coaching. Our approach
to managing change is the
five-step ADAPT© process:
Attention – Decision – Action – Perseverance – Transfer
When
requested, we facilitate
board meetings or partner
retreats to achieve their
specific
goals or address their matters. In general,
we accelerate business
and personal growth for
leaders who want
to outperform
their peers and lead a balanced life.
Our first step is to get everyone on
the same
page by being conversationally competent
at telling their story. (See Idea Transfer)
Our second step is to
unlock the value of your business with our ABLEQuest
Platform. (See Workflow Navigator 510) Without this
context, more and more
content and strategic coaching
is misapplied. With a platform to stand on, CEO’s like
R. Hood realize the inherent value of their business and their life.
By analogy, our practice platform is like your hard disk with five partitions. To defragment your enterprise, coaching leads to improved
revenues, individual
and team building, knowledge
management, workflow
enhancements
and succession planning.
In every
client relationship, there
comes a time when
advice alone is not
enough. When
asked, we design and
deliver practical
and proven
ways to:
- Attract & retain more ideal clients.
- Build & maintain a disciplined culture.
- Achieve consistent enterprise results & harmony.
- Create value through knowledge management.
- Lead a balanced life with resources & capital.
