GPA
Grade Point Average – How to rank Client (Entity) and Project GPA values.
(Enterprise Ring 3)


Client ID
Name of a client, contact, customer, entity, enterprise or person.
(Client Ring 1)

Project ID
Name of the next sale/result or transaction with multiple tasks.
(Capital Ring 5)

Who/Mix
The person that 'owns' the client, project or task.
(Culture Ring 2) (Also called the Client, Project or Task Mix Leaders)

Task ID
When dialogue breaks off between two parties, who has the next move?
(William Oncken’s definition of a “monkey")

Status
Project Status (PS) & Task Status (TS) codes.
(This is based on Walt Disney’s “Do – Doing – Done” sequence)

  1. Not Started or Just Assigned. (To Do)
  2. Accepted by Mix Leader. (Client, Project or Task)
  3. Active - 30% Completed.
    (Who, What, When, Where, How & Why is known & visible) (Knowledge Ring 4)
  4. Questions. (Mix leader cannot advance the project or task without an answer or the authority to act)
  5. On Hold.
  6. 60% Completed.
  7. Recurring & OK.
  8. Behind the “8" Ball. (Issue is known & unsolvable now. “It is what it is”)
  9. 90% Completed.
  10. Completed or Done & Ready to Archive.
  11. Archived. (Data on Client, Project or Task is now stored for CRM, etc.)

Due Date
Workflow by date or deadline. When is the project or task due?

Time
How long will or did the project or task take to complete?
