2. The force acting on your organization is equal to the product of the organizations mass and acceleration. (F = MA) NASA’s Deep Impact success proved a small object crashing into a large object can create an instant flash of light, but not much lasting change of direction. 3. For every action in an organization, there is an equal and opposite reaction. (The law of reactivity) Leaders lead changes until the followers react and find ways to return to their originial position or state of inertia. Some people call this reactivity pushback. (See Leaders Lead)
